Who we are

Empowrd AI (“we”, “us”, “our”) runs live workshops and builds automated systems for HR and talent businesses. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit this page or register for our events, and how we use it.

What we collect

When you register for a workshop, we collect the details you give us in the registration form: your name, email address, phone number, and anything you tell us about your business (including the problem you’d like solved live).

If you complete the optional questionnaire after registration, we collect your HR business status and the answers you share about your workload and operational challenges to help prepare the workshop.

Like most websites, we may also collect basic technical information automatically, such as your browser type, device, and how you found this page.

How we use it

We use your details to send you the Zoom link, calendar invite, reminders and follow-up materials for the event you registered for.

If you tick the box to have your business problem solved live, we use what you share to prepare for the session and to contact you about a short alignment call beforehand.

We may occasionally send you related content or tell you about future Empowrd AI events. You can opt out of these at any time with one click.

What we never do

We never sell your personal information. We never share it with third parties for their own marketing. We don’t do weird upsell traps. We respect your time and your inbox.

Third-party services

We use a small number of trusted tools to run our events, including Zoom (to host the session) and our registration and email platform (to manage sign-ups and send you the link). These services process your data only as needed to provide their service to us.

We store completed workshop questionnaire answers in Google Sheets. These answers are not made publicly available.

How long we keep it

We keep your registration details for as long as needed to run the event and follow up with you afterwards. If you ask us to delete your information, we’ll do so within 30 days.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Just email aman@empowrd.ai and we’ll sort it.

Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, we’ll post the new version on this page. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
